EDUCATIONAL VISITS

We are now able to offer free educational visits (funded by the Government's Countryside Stewardship Scheme) to school and college groups.

Whatever you are studying, if it involves farming, nature, wildlife or even World War Two history we are happy to help.

Sam Walker taught Agriculture at both Bicton and Duchy Colleges and should be able to answer your questions (well, the easy ones...)

Our people carrier trailer is fully licensed and  insured to take groups around the farm and if you are very local we could probably pick you up!

Come and visit the UK's easternmost breeding site of Cirl Buntings, find out about wildlife, organic farming, a genius professor and an aircraft gunsight that helped win the Second World War, whilst travelling through one of the most scenic farms in the South West.

Please drop us an email or ring 07760 472259 if you are interested in bringing a group. For the purposes of funding, they have to be a school or college group with students aged under 18 (or any age with special needs).

Don't despair if your group doesn't meet these criteria, if you sound keen enough, we might just take you round anyway... look forward to hearing from you.
